Flesh Eating Foundation return with a set of new recordings which are almost guaranteed to confound, revolt, enthuse and perhaps all three. WE ARE FUCKED will see a two stage release beginning with a concise digital version containing the ten new studio tracks and a set of bonus remixes by INERTIA, PARESIS, XSRY, ALIEN NATION and MR STRANGE. This will be followed by a vinyl version of the album plus an additional extended digital release containing alternative versions and further remixes, totalling well over 30 tracks in all.
WE ARE FUCKED finds John E Smoke, The Juddaman and friends up to their usual tricks of ignoring the rule book, intentionally breaking and bending various electronics, misusing guitars and generally hitting stuff. Included are reworked versions of the already classic 'Scumbags and Spent Slags' and 'Sick Prick Dick Lick' which appeared in its original form on the Armalyte Industries compilation 'Defcon Three'. These are joined by anti austerity pro disability 'Having Fun', the satirical 'We Are Fucked', the defeatist 'Stand Up And Be Discounted', the dystopian 'Futurelast' which features punk poet extraordinaire Adam Probert, the more personal 'Shame' and 'Punch Drunk' and a track which is simply 'The End'.
